Installing and configuring Citrix Workspace App for Design Manager

Installation of Citrix. Receiver on Mac Catalina. If you are getting below error. Please follow the below steps for solving this issue. Downloading and Installing the Citrix Receiver.
I had same issue in MacOS Catalina 10.15.6 and with the Citrix Gateway 4.4.8 (518). The solution was uninstall all Citrix Applications I had (with Finder, moving each one to Trash). Then, I've installed last version available of Citrix Gateway 4.4.8.

It is recommended to install the latest Citrix Workspace once your system has updated to MacOS Mojave 10.14 or higher.

For best results, if you are using Sierra or High Sierra, Receiver 12.9.1 is the preferred Citrix version.

Start the download and then double-click on the CitrixWorkspaceApp.dmg to start the installation process.

Double-click the Install Citrix Workspace icon.

Click Install.

Click Next through the installer, check the Add Account box and Continue.

Server Address: login.designmanager.com

Enter the username and password created in the account management portal (https://my.designmanager.com) or the password your administrator has created for you.

Citrix Workspace App is now configured with the server information and your username and password.

You can open the Citrix app and use the DM Pro Cloud icon to launch Design Manager.

*If you have a DM Standard Cloud, the application name will be your Company Name.

After clicking the icon, you will see the program start to launch

Next the DM Splash logo will load.

To create a Desktop Icon:

Choose Go from the Mac toolbar then Applications, or use Shift+Command+A

Search This Mac for DM Pro Cloud (*or your company name, if a Standard Cloud user)

Drag the DM icon onto your desktop, or dock onto the taskbar.

How to uninstall Mac receiver to make sure all the related directories are removed.

Instructions

1.Launch the Terminal app on your Mac by either searching for it in Spotlight or locating it in the Utilities folder under Applications.
2.Type in the following command: 'sudo rm -r' (without quotes) and then drag and drop the receiver on the terminal window.
Note : 'sudo rm -r' is most powerful command which will delete all the files and directories under the present working directory, please make sure you are executing this command under correct required directory
3.Hit Enter on your keyboard.
4.You may be prompted to enter your OS X user password. Type it in and then hit Enter on your keyboard.
5.All the directories & files would be successfully removed.
6.Install the latest receiver and test.

That is why I want and need the Flash version I had on my Mac Pro.I know my OS is old - if my last name were Trump I'd be all set and have a shiny new computer and OS and software. I know from reading forum posts that I am not alone. Obs 10.6.8 download mac. But it isn't, and I can't afford the latest greatest.
